Naruto landed on top of her, scrambling to mount over her and pin her to the ground. His hands grasped her kunai in the fall as he turned the blade to plunge into her chest. Ino’s hands shot up to stop the blades deadly advance, only managing to stop it just inches from piercing her flesh.
They struggled in a stalemate, both of breathing hard from the exertion. Naruto registered vaguely Sakura had stopped gurgling on the log to his side, blood beginning to pool beneath as it ran down the side of the fallen tree.
Eventually, Gravity began helping to move the blade closer to Ino’s chest as she began to lose the battle. She gathered all her strength, her chest heaving as she gave her all into one final push for her life. Pushing the blade all the way back, her whole body shaking at the effort.
It was all for not, Naruto shifted his whole weight on top of the blade and pushed down hard. The cold metal inch closer and closer. Ino’s head began shaking furiously, a last-ditch attempt to plead Naruto not to do this. Naruto didn’t stop.
At last, the tip of the blade pierced her chest between her breasts. In her shock she let go of Naruto’s arms, causing his full weight to plunge the kunai down. It went to the hilt, sinking deep into her. Her body began to spasm as her heart was split in two. She gasped for air that had left her, breasts shivering as she struggled to get one last breath. Her eyes focused on Naruto one last time as she struggled to keep them open, the edges of her vision starting to close in around her as he stared coldly back at her.
With one last jerk of her body, she began to relax. Her arms falling by her side as she slowly exhaled her final breath. Naruto watched as the light left her eyes and she stilled, save for the occasional twitch that gently rocked her breasts from side to side.
