Oh I gotta ask, you heard of this Italian horror movie called A Bay of Blood? It came out in 1971 and it has this scene where a couple are having sex while the killer walks up to them with a spear. The killer lands a perfect two hit and the couple still keep going before finally passing.
One more thing to note about the movie, it had different names, including Twitch of the Death Nerve.
