Yeah, I fully agree the written medium allows you to bend reality a little bit, which is fun. Althou_gh I like when it sticks to something realistic. I've actually got an idea I might write for lit if I find the time and courage.

I meant inserting the baby into her as stuffing and see how her tiny body handles that sudden "Impregnation".
She'd likely get eviscerated first to leave room for the baby and avoid spoiling the meat.

As for stuffing her into the boy, I'm assuming she'd need to get her limbs removed first, and he might need to get opened up and then sewed back. Looking at your pictures, if he somehow can get her head to stick out his butt (which would most likely rip), without legs, he should be able to barely fit her in his belly and lower torso. Leaving him short breathed to start the cooking process.
