I thought so as well, the accuracy needed for that is beyond next level since she needed to hit both balls dead center so they can’t just slide to the side a little to avoid being pierced.

As for how well it came out, I can’t speak on it’s anatomical plausibility, but it looks really great! I don’t know if the testicle would remain “intact” on her heel after she puts in enough force to break it out of the sack, but it’s at least conceivable that that could work, so it’s probably fine :P
I’d imagine right now every minuscule movement she makes with her heels would lead to pain beyond imagination for him, so if you’re ever going to add tears to his face like you’ve added to hears in the past, now’s as good a time as any!

Also I don’t know if you plan on having him blow a final load or wether that’s already kinda happened and was just mixed with blood, but I’d probably have put it on the moment she pierced his testicles, or maybe when she tears the first one off? I like the idea of “the final load” since for me at least it also kinda brings the implication of some post nut clarity for him, making everything about his situation that much worse since being horny can provide quite a lot of increased pain tolerance i think… It’s the small things :P
