I also don't know how exactly it would work as nobody did anything like that to my balls LOL but from other situations i can see that once you abuse some place for longs enough all that pain sensitivity goes down a lot.

I wonder how many people woud be willing to try such thing like there without being masochists just to see how does it feel if they knew that they will be fine next day :)
