I don't know their geneology :) but mostly in all my stories children have no fathers. just single mothers of some sort.

My idea is that his sister wants to show that special recipe to those two girls who also happen to come to this village. so she asks her brother for help. At first the plan was to end with just cooking his dick again But since icy requested him to be cooked as a whole it is pretty reasonable to continue in that direction

More globally this story should connect with that other non guro story about Wendy and her friend where characters from that other story went on a hike and ended in the camp near to that village
