Well, I'm not pushing it at any cost. It is still your story and your hard work I like even without my ideas ;) It just occurs to me there are not so many things left you could cut off them of him being repetive. It's not that I'm complaining to see his dick removed again :)

I've been looking up some recipes for preparing meat, and some of them mention you can boil meat before roasting or smoke it. His sister maybe can know that, but since you mentioned the twins are here with their mother, they could peep at her while in kitchen and understand the situation wrong.. After all, there are many recipes to prepare meat in its own gravy and some sausages has to be peeled off. After their story being doctors even though through their imagination I can overlook a tiny mistake they could make by forget to detach it from the body first :) So they could have room for these ideas.

About the hygiene, we can simply overlook she also didn't bother to wash his thing in the older story ;) but puting aside that most of pee will be cut off with the foreskin, cooking or grilling it should remove most of it if not all - but then again these girls may not knowing it. Of course it would be more cleaner to simply flush water in with some hose, but I' m not sure if there is any nor it would be complicated for little girls and would make the story more unrealistic. But there is one fact we can take into account, and that is his thing will be much cleaner for cooking without foreskin than with it ;)

Again, please, don't take this as I'm dictating you some screenplay. These are simply ideas, even though maybe overthought, which you can use, be inspired by them to make some different side details to this story or another, make any other excuse to process them, or discard them all. I tried to keep them both usable for "child story" within your limits and limits of guro.cx, but of course, I could have been wrong, and in that case I'm sorry.

So I'm going now to not interfere any more, and looking forward to your story, maybe with some ideas from others which can still come :)
