I don't want to speak for Onix, but this scenario could be time-consuming for rendering? Probably would be OK for ending the story, but otherwise it could end it too soon. I don't know how pain resistance his sister isy but normaly too much heat could put you unconsciousness and if not, too much skin burns will soon or later kill you, and thus story can't continue.
I.e. I tried to keep my ideas in limits of not only what these kids could do, even in this type reality, but also how it would work in reality. With the foreskin I based it on real life experiment with paper cup and flame - if you fill the cup with water, and apply heat to normally flammable paper, heat will be absorbed by water and thus paper turns black, but otherwise is not damaged. Thus, if you make skin thin enough ( with max inflating ) and fill it with liquid, some decent heat source would be painful, but won't damage this skin too much, and still can transfer heat to inner parts but not too much to i.e. burn all, so when they continue to work with his cock, it is still sensitive enough for story continue with boy being still very part of it and not just only a onlooker.
