Sorry, but that's an urban legend. Pee is a body's liquid waste. While the pathogens contained in fresh urine from healthy people rarely pose a health risk, consuming pee is not completely safe. Masses of germs in older urine, Hepatitis A [1], Schistosomiasis [2], Urinary tract infection [3] and other deseases can be transmitted from person to person.
