Well they both can take more or less same amount of pain but usually they don't focus on pain as main thing. And his sister is just more willing to endure it for fun.
In the chopping story she pretty much just wanted to play with her brother who was busy while she was bored and also to die in the more interesting way than just hanging herself.
When she cooked his penis it was somewhat a funny prank and revenge for the fact that he fed her her own meat. But he was also pretty interested to see how his penis tastes :)


The logic behind all this is that he Bullied his sister when she was a bit younger and she was crying a lot. But now when she got older she found out that she actually liked that, especially his attention :)
While her brother found out that what he did was wrong because he loves his sister.

as in the situation with this boy he has very ambiguous reaction where just like his sister he sort of likes all that stuff, but reacts rather normally.

It is not told in any story yet but those twin girls actually like sensation of pain quite a lot but they did not experience anything serious fo far. Their mother is also very extreme masochist who is single mom, drinks a lot and who is into bad guys who treat her badly which is her 2 daughters tuned out with pretty strange understanding of relationships as well and things are not going very well for her.
But she also loves her daughters and never even spanked them regardless of how they misbehave and cause her problems.
All of them have ridiculous level of pain tolerance which can surprise anyone.

Those brother and sister characters are relatively normal. Just that they got a chance to do things that you would not be able to do normally disregarding any safety issues :) and things escalated into pretty extreme level but it was intended that they started with pretty mild stuff where that hanging story was supposed to be the first form all existing so far :)
But there is is still no story on how they found out that they do not die :)

At this time where she offered her brother to those 2 girls she is also doing that to show them that in this place you are going to be fine :)
