For the forniphilia idea, I wasn't thinking so much about them taking the pose and sticking with it. I was more picturing them being bound or even further transformed in a way that turns them into furniture.

If for example they were to be turned into lamps, I could see him forcing a powerful lamp inside a balloon into their womb, then inflating the balloon (and their womb) until they look very pregnant, then tying their legs and arms together and nailing them to the wall in a symmetrical fashion, for example. Probably also gagging them or cutting their vocal cords so they don't scream.

If they were to turn them into table legs, they could tie them, or if they want something more permanent looking, making crude surgery to render the articulations immobile. This kind of stuff.

If you want to go even more radical, I could imagine scenarii where the transformation implies their death but also preserves their body (or part of it) so they can use the furniture too.
