That might be a bit too distracting, but since they are already freely using both brother and sister, they could attempt to get him even harder by making him fuck her a bit… but then they’d also have no way to tell how big he’s getting, wouldn’t they… i’ll leave it in your more than capable hands to decide how much more foreplay they’ll do :P
