That would turn all story upside down and ruin all plans :)

Although speaking about dying they could be dying more often I just don't see a good way of how that could be shown. and also killing someone is not good idea because then you will be spending remaining day alone unless you somehow off yourself too. Which is why they are not very willing to kill each other but pretty willing to die :)
