Well, you could imagine simple enough things to do.
For example a climbing challenge, but if you fall, instead of falling on mattresses, you fall on spikes or something.
Or a game where you have to dodge chainsaws to get to the other side.
Or a game where you take turns throwing balls to dunk each other, except bellow is a boiling oil tank or something like that.
Or an obstacle course, except the girls all have a stick of explosive in their pussy, with a slow fuse, and failing to complete the course in due time would result in it getting exploded (which may not be immediately fatal, depending on the quantity of explosive).
