i could see the setting on fire part as either a very small chapter or as an epilogue to a different chapter where they want to make a bonfire and the sister suggests that she could be burnt at a stake on top of it.

possible motivation for her might include that she's bored and the day is almost over anyways or that she feels guilty for something she did earlier that day and wants to be punished like this or maybe she just misunderstands it when her brother calls her hot or something :P

in general i think if you go down that route, she should probably be tied up since fire doesn't insta kill and she could otherwise run around in an uncontrollable frenzy and set stuff on fire, so for everyone's safety and the best results, she should have no escape from the fire.
