It is Yumi hair mostly(the same as used in the previous series juts with different bangs) I used bangs from FK Twin tails. OOT mega updo should be fine too to add bangs to any hair.
Usually you can just copy texture from one hair to another or tweak color a bit to make it match

Yes you are right it's Kennedy tails, And I also usually prefer bangs cut but this time it looks pretty good as is too ;)
