Depends on how technical you are about the definition of consensual, as I definitely had stories and pictures where consent wasn't asked for, such as the picture set where Len asks Rin to close her eyes for a surprise and then shoots her brain out. It was still all in a lighthearted manner, but so is this. So much indeed, that I don't actually count this particular picture as guro, more just some funny cartoonish exagarration, akin to Homer Simpson strangling Bart.
