Mostly guro is a niche kink, that and the price of vr limits hard the amount of people that can get into it, so it makes even more unlikely the chance of one person deciding to become a content creator and a gore one at that.

I myself tried the game, you can play with mouse and keyboard but it sucks that way, i wish i could run vr in my pc T.T
