Sandfly and tonic don't put out content often enough to be contenders for top dog.

Kabal has some good works, but keeps all his stuff behind a paywall (I don't take issue with this), so he isn't exactly taking up the mantle gcOP or chalk held.

Malign has some good stuff. His fluids are a little odd, but it's certainly different from what has been seen, and his visceral animation is nice.

Avtaratas is another name that's out there, though he's also mostly paywalled.

I haven't seen reload, hollow, or tweezers works, so thanks for tossing their names out, I'll have to go take a look at their stuff.
