> LOL, I didn't think any guro fan would actually look at the chess board.
It wasn't only me. Combat Loli noticed the game too:

< I like the chess game they ware playing.
And considering that there is something like chess boxing that even grew into a professinal sport, why should a guro fan not be into chess?

Given the fact that the girls already spiced their play into "strip chess" it would be a nice idea to give them (real!) chances to survive by winning games of "torture chess". I'm thinking of the precedent with Asako who became an assassin by winning the "gallow game" (body: survived the hanging; brain: gave the expected answers).

> Looking at the position of the pieces ... It's definitely all wrong.
This is not the case. As far as I can evaluate the situation it is possible to get all positions by rule conform moves. May be the course will look awkward to good players but it's not impossible. So don't worry.

P.S.:
FYI: "Chess boxing was invented by French comic book artist Enki Bilal and adapted by Dutch performance artist Iepe Rubingh as an art performance and has subsequently grown into a competitive sport." (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chess_boxing)
