Sometimes it's not really a waste to argue with certain people, it's more a kind of fun to show them (and others) how short-sighted their opinion is.
I prefer to use polite logic first and ‒ if it doesn't work ‒ switch gradually to heavy sarcasm, but unfortunately these people are in some instances even too stubborn to realize this. >:)=)

I'm afraid the Anonymous Scott Robertson from [1] falls into this category. Or is it Brandon Hardding, suziesmith or Steven Christopher?
They call themself the 'vast majority'[1] and are obviously not able to deal with criticism. So they demand that the critics stop and leave [1][2][3][4], because "This is not the place ..."
It's really pitiful.
