I recommend you to look at Fluidos II for DAZ. It could allow you to make geometric bloody patches to bodies, which you could then transfer as sticky clothing-like props, to use on any your figure and pose.

Hole itself can be photoshopped then from reference (you can't make geometry "hole" with the way above, just flat sticker patch).

Also, sometimes, since you're having GPU anyway, AI could be used to inpaint bullet wounds.
