Yeah, the best way to do wounds and the blood over the skin is work with the textures and I think I can do it in a decent way, my problem is with the blood splatter, in a way that could look relatively realistic... More pics very soon...

Yeah, you're right Onix, maybe the head is a little too small, I've adjusted the size, but it seem that a little more big will be better. I make my characters individually, so i think I've lost perspective to the size, my fetish for petite girls is more size than age and comparing with the other character she's more small than what i pretended! hehe... Sadly I don't have an efficient way to do it... I use GOZ, a lot... I love ZBrush... I use it for the morphs, and even to paint the blood. For the blood i use a Geometry Shell on her, so in ZBrush I create an opacity map... I send almost all the scene to Zbrush, or at least all the interacting parts, so I can do the morphs and paint blood with some accuracy...

Well, I've tried to make some generic morphs so i can have some quicker ways to make it, but then you're limited, and always I've found myself tweaking things in Zbrush to have more accuracy, so now i prefer start from scratch, is less work and is fun...
Sheometry shells can not have morphs, but you can make changes on the parent mesh and will follow all the deformations, so I think for me is very good for blood over her body... And you can have a different shader, LIE is nice, but you have to use the same shader for the skin and the blood... I use LIE for wounds (painting and making normal and displacement in ZBrush) and on top of that you always have the geometry shell for the dropping blood...
