    You asked for ideas. How about walking with a girl through a hall where there are many dead girls on both sides of the hallway put as ornaments. Giving her an idea how she will end up.

    The ornaments range from complete girls (impaled or crucified for example) to only parts of girls (like heads, arms, legs) and the womb on a stick for the girls who's womb was not destroyed completely.

    In a setting where the girls have been drugged to prevent rotting, so they can stay as ornaments in the hall forever.
