There is also http://zonegfx.com which has a bigger library than 3DLOAD or RenderState (especially some older or more niche stuff).

I was gonna talk about zonegfx as well, but since it has already been mentioned, I'll talk about https://ps-ds.info/, which sometimes has things that zonegfx doesn't.

To search the site you'll need to sign up (free) and log in. It's in russian but a simple google translate is enough for you to get around the language barrier.

Which morphs are you using for severed limbs, heads, etc?

I usually make my own because there are no good props for that stuff.
you hide unnecessary part (for example by scaling it down or using geometry editor) and then plug the hole with something for example create few sphere primitives and stuff them into the hole.
