I'm pretty new to animating myself, but I think one thing you could improve on is motivated actions. Think about what is driving movement in the scene, which muscles. What are the pivot points. Use your body as reference on what moves naturally.

The driver should be the hand and Yangs pelvis/legs. The pivot points for Neo should be the knees on the ground and her neck.

The hand is in the wrong position to get leverage from the head. Move it to the top of Winter's head and cheat the camera to a different angle. As for motion, the main motion the main movement should be the hand. Add a slight drift with long keyframes to keep the scene from looking static. Throw in a quick eyetwitch or two. Try to go with cell shading or flatter 2 tone shading to compliment the anime style.

The bodies motions are fighting each other. The main motion should be the dark elf. Everything else should be following that with a slight delay to replicate inertia.

Play with animation handles to either both vector or matching bezier to make your loops more fluid.

All in all awesome. Keep up the good work. Love that there's so many new animators coming out of the woodwork learning and growing.

That should be everything, for the moment. I worked on fixing up the animation, though photoshop was rendering the gifs backwards for some reason. Weird. Hope you guys enjoy these.
