Nice physics rendering. Even the abdomen physics is rendered. I know you don't like peeing girls. But two things are still unrealistic over all the years. The face color doesn't change. I know it's difficult to render. The other point are the legs at the end. They should point down but in many animations the legs are still bowed at the end. I don't want to criticise you in any way. I'm just curious why. Maybe you could give an answer?

Don't try to do ropes in physics. Use a sliding joint attached to upper chest rag doll element. Simulate the ropes with some procdural tube renderer
