I recommend you to look at Fluidos II for DAZ. It could allow you to make geometric bloody patches to bodies, which you could then transfer as sticky clothing-like props, to use on any your figure and pose.

Hole itself can be photoshopped then from reference (you can't make geometry "hole" with the way above, just flat sticker patch).

Also, sometimes, since you're having GPU anyway, AI could be used to inpaint bullet wounds.

Guess which one from those was created how. 😛

It seems there's two schools of thought in clone settings. Either the girls' uniforms are made the same way they are, from girlmix or whatever. Or the equipment is real and a lot more valuable than the girls are.
Both have their charms, but the second sets you up for a lot of fun stories. "Resources are stretched thin! Trust in your rifle! If you do not _have_ a rifle, trust in your sacred rocks!"

I've been drawing a little comic that ends with the girls dropped down a brothel's trash chute into a full dumpster marked "live girls only." But a garbage truck comes and tips them all into its trash compactor. The final panel is the hydraulic press starting up, and the narrative explains that the price of used girls dropped so low that the live goods recycling program was discontinued.
