Sadly there is not enough guro in skyrim, just for the record, i've seen a guide in nexus to make hanged models. It is a step by step guide but i'm to lazzy to try.

Indeed, DM is a nyce mod but it works only in some vanilla armors, and it is a pain to use, so i tend to use just loverslab mods.

Here is the details:
we are looking for members to build a 3D guro game in which you can do anything as you please to her.
You can mutilate her, snuff her, behead her, stab her, cut off her limbs, breasts, head, or any part of the limbs, have sex with her (possible when her limbs are being torn apart or the sex tools still attached to her body).
The game is also planned to be extendable and overridable, meaning that other people can add custom animations, new actions, or tools, according to your own fetish.
We know that this is quite a big project, but it would be amazing if we can make it.
We are currently focused on making the model, allow her body to be torn apart, the core mechanics, and the animations.
The game objective will be how do you treat the girl, her sexual activity, pleasure, mental state, etc

I hope this is a mod because placing the npc by hand is terrible. Another thing is where did you find that hanging rope thats placed at the girl in the back? I know there is a mod for hanging but it is also buggy as hell.

A recent character I played as an evil noble, raped and tortured this poor pregnant woman for a few days before using her for target practice.

Here are a couple of the pregnant woman before she got snuffed.

And here's the same character training his vile shrew of a wife. Not Guro but I figure an unwanted fisting counts as torture :)

Lastly a couple of him training his maid. She was an aspiring bard before he kidnapped her and fitted her with an enchanted collar that prevents her from ever speaking again. This is before the collar though when he is breaking her.

Both her and the wife were added by the mod Interesting NPCs if you were curious.

A Daedra worshipper captured a priestess of Mara to torture for his lord Molag Bal.

He raped and abused her body and mind for days. until she would desecrate a statue of her Goddess and offer her soul to Molag Bal's eternal torment.

The Daedra worshiper was so pleased by the priestess' total downfall that he decided not to kill her. Instead he shaved her head and kept her as his personal torture pig. When he's not using her or carving her flesh, he keeps her always in a tiny cage.

His Master still wanted a death though so he captured that bitch Ysolda.

He beat her with his fists while the former priestess was forced to watch.

She was quick to offer submission.

He had his fun with her ass before moving on to hard torture. Molag Bal was impatient. Ysolda wouldn't live through the night.

Finally it was time for Ysolda to meet her fate. after being so badly tortured, she didn't fight it.

The cruel cultist placed Ysolda's freshly severed head on top of his torture pig's cage, as a reminder of her eventual fate as he went about dismembering her.

When he was finished chopping his victim up, he sorted the parts he could feed to his prisoner from those to be burnt.

The Daedric prince of rape and domination was pleased with his servant's work

Glad you liked it. It was all done with lots of mods. No Photoshop except erasing a loop on his hip in the mace pic. As far as how I set up the dungeon and got things where I wanted. Jaxonz positioner is the pervert's best friend.

Oh I'm sure Ill do that again in the future. Protip: about pregnancy mods. While the scripted pregnancy mods are great if you wanna play a female character. and it is neat that you can knock up NPCs as a male. the script load and instability are not usually worth the hassle. (not to mention getting the right body and skeleton bla bla) in a heavily modded game. Just get the mod "Knocked up" which makes certain named and unnamed (bandit) characters use the pregnant body but with no progression or scripts. so you can just play with them.

There is actually a mod, 2 of them actually, that make chopping blocks usable so that players can have themselves or their followers executed.

One of the mods is actually my creation, but when I made it I was very unskilled with creation kit and ended up scripting half of the mod into my skyrim file itself rather than a separate .esp, so it's unlikely to be of use to anyone until I find the time to redo it.

Seconded. So far, replacing the head or torso armor of the person fixes their hair, but a lot of my dead don't have clothes for one reason or another, and you can't easily equip things on the dead.

Mods which add wigs fix the issue. Weirdly, the issue doesn't affect HDT hairstyles. Well, it turns the physics off, but they're still on the head. I'll try saving and loading to see if that brings the physics back, like it brings the hair back with normal hairstyles. That might give us a clue.
