SO I grabbed the latest stable diffusion and ponyxl AI and tried playing with it. Last time I tried if would only produce pretty terrible results. Especially for Ryona. This time it seems to have gotten worked on quite a lot and improved. Still takes tons of extra work just to make an image based on my older renders with img-to-img. Let me know what you guys think.

This LORA is inspired by the artistic creation of the concept "ブザマムシ/無様蟲 " created by the Pixiv artist カニ.

strongly recommend including bisection, brain, exposed brain in the prompt to make the body more likely to be separated. Do not include them, or include them in negative prompt to make it look like it's not completely cut apart

While gathering the training images, I found some images that were definitely AI generated, so there is already a LoRA or another model out there, but unfortunately I was not able to find it.

The image's quality degrades pretty much because I couldn't find enough high-quality images.
Also the image might break during generation. In that case, alter the prompt a little bit or use different epoch.

I'm planning to take a look at previous training sets and find a way to improve it. I'm giving up and coronal plane cutting because of a lack of decent images, and honestly, it seems to have a very low demand.

It's a bitch and a half to wrangle NAI to do guro, but it is possible!

I was expanding to local Stable Diffusion, so I was trying to make my own guro LoRA.
Ended up with 175 images with 125 bisected tag, 91 transverse plane cutting, 84 severed torso, 49 sagittal plane cutting, 43 coronal plane cutting, and several guro related tags like blood, intestines, death, corpse.
Maybe because these tags result in severe deformation of the body, it took over 10 epoch to barely take effect, and 30 epoch to get some result.
The result was rather a disaster.
Transverse plane cutting were somewhat decent, but despite using images of bisected body of both lower and upper torso, the image only result in the upper torso, even when I force the lower torso if some keywords like 'wariza' or 'pussy'.

Does anybody know how to find AI models with some decent guro?
I'm using NovelAI now, but apparently the AI has absolutely no idea how organs work, so in most cases instead of properly gutting the characters, it just draws a pile of guts or spread it all over the place like it's 'Saya no Uta'.
Tags like guro, disembowelment, bisection barely works, even if you forcefully shove it using A LOT of brackets.

With all that AI stuff I decided to try it myself too so after few days of suffering and trying different models I managed to run llama-30b
Surprisingly it Outperforms novelai website. intelligence is somewhat comparable to chat gpt way better than tavernai or kobold can perform

【Impfull】: All limbs are intact except for the head, which is chopped off and impaled on the same pole as the body.

【impampute】: The limbs are chopped off and then the head is chopped off and impaled on the same pole as the body.

【impwelldone】: roasted complexion. The success rate is a bit nuanced.

Recommended weight: 1~1.4, adjust according to the situation.

this model is definitly too broad and a more focused one would probably do better
