Getting passable guro content out of NovelAI, at least, is very difficult in my experience, likely in large part due to how little there is of it on Danbooru, and I feel what success I have had to date is more a result of lucking out with the seed rather than actually engineering a good prompt. I'll keep trying, but I think a better training set is going to be necessary before we can consistently get half-decent results out of it.
