depending on what sd-model you use prompting "missing limbs","missing arms" "missing legs" etc may sometimes work for amputee stuff. URPM for example appears to kinda know what an "amputee" is.
Someone recently uploaded an Amputee - Lora to civitai; https://civitai.com/models/30632 ...Apparently the guy didn't upload any preview pics, so unless you have the link you won't find it on their search engine. Makes me wonder how many other relevant models lie hidden somewhere there.
