This is a LORA specially used for making impaled: nbbq. The attached pictures are all one-time pictures without post-production (except for mosaicing), and I think they are quite stable.

You can activate this LORA through [impaled by metal rod, impaled neck, impaled pussy], etc. There is a high probability that the stabbing on the head will fail, but as long as the posture is squatting and the legs are spread, the success rate of piercing the genitals or butthole is still very high.
