I installed the linked tensors but when I enter them I just get some girl staring at me with her tongue out.

Any help with getting this to work? I am using Automatic 1111.
I placed the file toubu_re-000010.safetensors in A1111\models\Lora

Am I doing something wrong? Can anyone help to get this working? Do I need some other dependcy? I copy paste what his prompt is but it just doesnt work, do i need to activate this or something I forget.
