First you need to get ComfyUI to run Stable Video Diffusion (SVD).

Then you need to download svd.safenators and svd_image_decoder.safetensors for video generation.

Update the ComfyUI and graphics card (preferably CUDA) drivers, then select pictures, set frame number, resolution, seed and other parameters.

There should be more SVD tutorials on YouTube that explain and are easier to understand. If you are not satisfied with the generated images, you can try different seed draws.
