I can't get it work either (I'm using Pony btw). I'm a bit confused, does OP use SDXL or SDPony? Cause there isn't really a lora that's "XL-Pony", two checkpoints have totally different database, many loras that are trained on XL can't be used on Pony at all. Also I found this lora will make everything kinda anime style.
