It's not actually trained on "cupped hands". Most of what I put in the supplementary section is not a part of the lora. It's almost always a default pony keyword. Typically I put things in the supplementary section if A. it helps out with the generation of the main keyword (1boy, penis, etc.) or B. is close to or could be desirable (cupping_hands).
