I don't see any brackets and weights for individual prompt words there. Is that not possible with comfy? Or does it just work differently? I've tried your unaltered prompts from some of your pics but I too don't get much good results if I don't increase the weight for the Lora itself to at least :1.2 and then emphazise the main triggerword with weights above :1.3. Also further emphazising "wardrobe malfunction, guro and blood" a little helps.

<=== this raw txt2img pic for example needed both the Lora set to :1.5 as well as emphasis for (debreast_fly:1.5) to work. Other than that I only used hires x2 @0.24 denoise and adetailer on faces. I only let the prompt run for 3 gens once the weight values were high enough. The other two gens were as good but since here the stumps appeared on the phone screen all by themselves I had to take this one of course... (metadata included in pic in case it helps. >>1922 and >>1930 also have meta)
