Hmm, at first sight easy diffusion seems to handle emphasis very differently. The readme on the git page isn't very clear about this (to me at least), but if I understand it correctly you'd supposedly have to prompt either: "debreast_fly+++++" or "(debreast_fly)1.5" to get the same effect (or at least weight in theory) as (debreast_fly:1.5) in a1111 and co. Do you use either of these two syntaxes? Does the Lora do anything at all? At least some mutilation and blood?

Also, does the Lora weight handler in easy diffusion even allow for Lora weights above 1.0?

Can you post your prompt or better yet maybe upload an example pic as .png (with prompt in meta)?
