As far as a JM-inspired image (or two) is concerned, my only hope is to give you something fun to work with that won’t also be INSANELY difficult to put together. :)

MY PITCH:

A row of 3+ girls (in the style of a row of urinals, or of a bike rack, or maybe of a series of lockers at the gym) squatting side-by-side in some kind of public space; the default would be a men’s room, I guess, but something outdoors — like at a sunlit park or a swimming pool — might be better. Maybe right next to a bus stop?

The girls are clearly “on display” here, and are in various states of distress; one of the girls is probably dead (torn open?), one is very badly fucked-up & on the verge of passing out (de-breasted?) and one is “fresh,” (just a few cuts?) but all three have suffered violent sexual degradation: piercings, body-writing, tattoos, bondage, blood splatters, leashes, chains, dripping cum, whip-marks, brands, and/or just an entire knife jammed in them.

Maybe one of them is pregnant, one is a quad amputee, one is a loli, that sort of thing? Maybe different hair & body-types just to give them some variety? They could have a few different outfits, as well … like, maybe a secretary, a schoolgirl, and a suburban mom? Maybe one of them girls is proud & excited, one of them is shy & blushing, and the third died scared & sobbing? Just enough to make them each an interesting character.

A trailer-trash skater-girl, a nun, and a waitress? A blonde, a brunette, and a redhead? A big-titty cheerleader, a cute little ballerina, and an athletic young career-woman in a pinstriped business-suit with pencil-skirt?

ANYWAY:

All three are impaled up the ass on their own individual short, thick metal spike; this is a “public depository” where you can dispose of a cunt you’re done with: drop her off here so that others can use the bitch as they desire until she finally dies.

My thought is that this is perfectly casual: a woman is walking her dog, maybe — and the dog is pissing on one of the girls — but the woman is chatting on her phone, while a homeless man calmly puts a cigarette out on one of the other girls.
