Two girls in the shot:

- a cute preteen birthday-girl in a revealing “slutty Little-Bo-Peep” outfit, happily celebrating at a sort of Dolcett/loli-themed Chuck E. Cheese; she might be holding a large knife — like she’s about to slice a cake — and be splattered in blood & cum but is (for the most part) unharmed. I’m thinking pigtails, bows, ribbons, ringlets, frill dress, the whole nine.

- her pin-the-tail-on-the-piñata party-favor: a woman tied into the standing splits with her left leg meat-hooked to the ceiling (on a chain?) and her right foot dangling toward the floor; this woman is trying to smile despite being absolutely DESTROYED (with, like, a screwdriver stabbed into one tit and a bloody, barbed-wire-wrapped baseball bat jammed up her ass or some such shit)

The woman might be related to the girl (her mom?) and share skin-tone / hair color or the two could be visibly distinct: a pale, dark-haired loli and a beach-tanned blonde bimbo fuck-toy, for example.

My thought is that this image honestly works best with just two figures; a third girl to draw the attention of the viewer is needless & wasteful.
