Yeah as soon as I saw the first pic I remembered, I've seen this waaaay back when the guy first uploaded these to pixiv. Hmmm, just bloody muscle tissue then? I thought there'd have to be more stuff, like layers of ligaments, fatty tissue and perhaps even pelvic bones involved. But maybe I was just overthinking it. Allright, I think this should be doable. But please be patient.
