Here's an idea that might be fun. A girl absolutely bruised, beat, missing a few body parts like pic related, and tons of cut marks.

Either a monster, some kind of machine, or a bunch of rough looking dudes with clubs or some kind of weapon in the background behind the girl. Your choice of which to use or if any other anon's want add on what is in the background. But whatever is behind her should give off the implication that more horrible things are going to happen to the girl. The girl holding up a peace sign or making a heart like pic related. Signifying that she is excited, consenting and happy about what is going to happen to her.
