What I do is set up a two-step production process with the coffin lora active on the 1st ksampler node and the lore inactive on the 2nd node. I've set it to switch ksamplers on about the midway point. What I like to do next is to set up another two-step (base-refiner) process that performs img2img with the same image, this time setting a higher step count and an earlier node switch.
