It's actually 3 Loras for Pony in a set, each has been trained on various guro concepts at different weights, I found it useful when I was starting out with Guro works because base models are so undertrained or pruned of guro concepts. But now with Illustrious you barely even need LoRas even for guro, so I haven't touched it much, the only Ill Lora I use for Guro now is the AyaSwan one.
