On civit click on your profile name (upper right corner), that opens a dropdown menu. Go down and click on the gearwheel looking icon. A new menu will open up. Scroll down to the section "content moderation". Uncheck "Blur mature content" and check everything else in that section. reload civit and it should work.

But you'll be disappointed; that Lora you have linked never worked. There are no stabbed pussies at all, only one gay pic.
