>haven't tried forge yet, what's the main difference? a lot of people also use comfyui now. I'm hesitant to switch just cause of the time investment to relearn everything.
I'm too dumb for comfy, so no clues there, but Forge is basicly an optimised redo of sd-webui. The UI itself is nearly identical to webui, so you'd have to learn next to nothing new. You can drop in your old prompts and seed and they'll be 99-100% identical. Forge has great advantages in speed, because it handles loading/unloading of models and Loras etc. in a different way and thus is also less resource consuming. It comes (afaik) with all inbuilt features a1111 webui has and some more if I'm not mistaken. Also most extensions for a1111 also work in forge. If you've got the ~25-ish GB to spare I'd recommend you try it out, you can set overrides for the model- and lora- folders in the user.bat, so it will share these with your sd-webui install. (all explained on the forge github page)
(P.S. to spare you the time, there sadly is no meta in these 3 pics. That is due to the workflow in this case where the final steps for these were done and then saved in paint.net.)
