how about facial expressions? what methods have you been using to get good expressions of agony?

I've had various degrees of luck with prompts including any of "open mouth screaming" "shocked, scared" "clenched teeth" "constricted pupils" etc, but I'd like a greater variety and intensity, more strained for instance
