Main triggers that were listed: neck_snap, head tilt, eyes rolled up. Check meta for more. I didn't have much success with this one but also didn't try very much. maybe you'll get more out of it.

are you using High-Res-Fix and/or Adetailer? If so maybe you might want to try if multidiffusion is better at this.
