Yeah that'll be hard to achieve I'd guess. There are no explicit tags for broken limbs on danbooru and such sites, so even with illu there's no way to prompt for it and any Lora would need to be trained completely from scratch with no prior knowledge by the model. I guess you would need at least 40-50 pics just for broken fingers alone to have a flexible Lora.
